Tension Relief – A blend of pure essential oils

Tension relief blend is a careful mix of essential oils all chosen for their ability to bring relief intense situations.

Our blended oils were introduced many years ago at the request of customers who knew they wanted to achieve a certain result from the oils but were not confident in which oils would suit their needs. Of course, they come with the bonus that it avoids the need to buy several bottles and the blending guess work was done for them. They have proved extremely popular ever since.

Ingredients

Elemi Essential Oil
A beautiful oil able to instil a sense of peace with its ability to ground the user bringing a deep joyous feeling.
Marjoram Essential Oil
An underrated oil that has a calming effect on the nerves. Said to be able to deal with life’s deeper traumas
Orange Essential Oil
A wonderfully sunny oil that spreads its joy around dispelling dark thoughts.

Instructions for use

Massage
Add 1 – 2 drops of your chosen blend to 2ml of a carrier oil.
Shower
Put a few drops of your chosen blend on to a cloth and use as a final rub down.
Burners
Use 3 – 5 drops of your chosen blend in the bowl of your burner with tap hot water
Pulse points
Add up to 6 drops of your chosen blend to 20mls of your chosen carrier oil and apply when necessary.
