Ingredients

Geranium Essential Oil
A really happy oil that lifts the spirits, calming the mind and generally balancing the emotions.
May Chang Essential Oil
The truly joyous nature of this oil can create a sunny happy atmosphere.
Orange Essential Oil
A wonderfully sunny oil that spreads its joy around dispelling dark thoughts.

Instructions for use

Massage
Add 1 – 2 drops of your chosen blend to 2ml of a carrier oil.
Shower
Put a few drops of your chosen blend on to a cloth and use as a final rub down.
Burners
Use 3 – 5 drops of your chosen blend in the bowl of your burner with tap hot water
Pulse points
Add up to 6 drops of your chosen blend to 20mls of your chosen carrier oil and apply when necessary.
